We are a 4-piece covers band based in the East Midlands in the UK.  Formed in 2018 we have gigged extensively at pubs, clubs, festivals and private parties and have a broad repertoire of rock, indie and pop covers. 

The band was first formed when former university bandmates Martin (guitar) and Ian (drums) met again by chance after a gap of about 35 years, coincidentally living within a few miles of each other. Vocalist Ross and bassist Chris were quickly recruited with a view to gigging as a covers band. 

The name Crimson is derived in part from the first letters of our names. 

Outside of music, all four bandmates are successful professionals in their own fields and all share a deep love of music and live performance.

We are constantly developing our setlist with a focus on giving our audiences a great gig. In 2025 we are hoping to record some covers in the studio and to take Crimson on the road for a mini-tour.
